Default Ameritrade

I'm looking to sign up with Ameritrade however when I Googled the company I am not sure which website to use. It sounds like a poor question but both sites are page ranked high and they have the same logo however the interface is different. Am I overlooking something very simple here?

Which one?
Online Trading - TD AMERITRADE - Online Stock Trading and Investing
TD AMERITRADE - Investor Relations

The first site is the one.

The second site is designed for those investing in the company itself (buying its stock).
