Bank of America under investigation

Hi All –

Has anyone used BOA to refinance or purchase their home? There’s an interesting investigation against the company that claims BOA significantly overcharges homeowners for routine home-purchase appraisals.

I work with the law firm that’s investigating the practices - it’s a nationally recognized consumer-rights firm that takes on significant cases.

Anyone who’s used Bank of America could have significantly overpaid for their appraisal. Some homeowners claim they paid upwards of $400 and BOA often pays less than $150 for the work.

The markup is huge and means millions in extra profit at the expense of homeowners.

If anyone is in desparate need of being sued it's your law firm.

You are nothing more than shake down artists looking for a settlement.

You file frivolous cases and are in fact a disgrace to the legal profession.

The very act of trolling Internet message boards attemping to generate victims speaks volumes of how low your firm will go to chase after that settlement.

Let's take a look at your cases from your web site.

Hey, proofofemployment, if it's not a major corporation with a deep pocket the fraud by ommission shake down artists from the law firm of Dewey, Cheatum and Howe wouldn't be interested.

I've followed several of this firms (Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro) cases on PACER and NONE of their cases ever go to trial.

They are probably trying to figure out how to sue Brian right now because a member of his Internet message board has called them out for trolling for victims!
