Bulletin Board to match-up R.E.Investors w/private lenders
I've been trying to locate a bulletin board where fellow investors and I can meet up with private money ( such as self directed IRA ) to buy distressed properties. We can find more bargains than we can get funded. It's sad to let some sweet deals get away. It's a great market for us. Anyone know where they may be such a bulletin board?
