Call Strike Price / Put Strike Price

I need a little help.... see below:

the call strike price and the last price of the option
the put strike price and the last price of the option

Explain why these relationships are opposite to each other?

a call is the right to buy the underlying at a certain price, a put is the right to sell the underlying at a certain price. A call and put on the same instrument are directly opposite positions.
