Default Can foreigner buy home in US ?

U$ is low and i believe will be going lower against many other currency in many months to come + housing price will drop more.

Wonder whether foreigner like me be allowed to purchase any home/apartment there.

Anyone knows ?

I think you can purchase property located in the U.S. just as a U.S. citizen can purchase property in other countries. Foreign entities and individuals do it all the time so I don't see why you couldn't.

I am pretty sure you can but you might need a lawyer in the states to make everything go smoothly.

I have several clients from Mexico that have bought homes in Texas, especially here on the border. Naturally you have to have your finances in place to do so. Good Luck!!

you can, no trouble but tax wise when you sell there is a 30% deduction if the seller is foreign and you need to do your taxes, you can avoid it when using an LLC when you are in a country with a double taxation avoidance agreement with the US, some simply do it by giving a US address when buying and play it by the ear, as long as you do the taxes right the IRS usually does not say anything, they do not check your status, but its still not legal.

Yes, I'm sure you can but I would consult lawyers or trusty real estate agents to make sure as it is a serious transaction.
