Default Case number generation for FHA insured loan

Hi,

My question is slightly form technical point of view. it would be a great help if somebody can answer that.

For any loan that is insured by FHA, a case number should be generated by going to FHA site, FHA connect. One procedure for that is - log on to this site and fill up the forms for case number generation. My question is, can this be done by sending an XML file to the FHA connect?

Anybody having idea in this regard, please respond.

Thanks,
Raghav
