Default CF to get out of debt to 500k FV

Hi

i've just taken over the family business to find that we are in -R140000 debt.

I'm developing a business plan, but to sell it to the other members of management i need to show what cash flows will be needed to attain an FV of R500,000 in 24 months.

My question is this:
What cash flows are needed to achieve an FV of 500,000 in 24 months. Investments/cash flow will receive 5%, and are received and compounded monthly. We are currently in R140,000 debt compounded monthly at 16%, so CFs will need to pay off the debt first.

Thank you very much!!
