College Savings Plans?

Does anyone have any recommendations on starting a college savings plan. Or where I could get some information on the different savings plans? Thank you.

The best college savings plans are 529 plans. You can get these through any major financial institution. They give you major tax advantages that are much better than UTMA or UGMAs.

Remember, the 529 is based on a state, but you don't have to live in that state to participate in that plan.
