Hi,
I believe that almost everything is doomed this year because of the economic crisis many people lost their homes, cars and money. But there is still hope if you are smart you would buy something while it is cheap and then sell it when it rises. For example when gold prices drops I would buy then wait until it rises back up and resell it. That is how many people became rich.

The commercial real estate market is in a bigger crisis than the residential market and it's just at its initial stage! I imagine that it will continue to get worse! Yikes! Properties are upside down and commercial property owners are trying to modify their loans because they owe more than their property is worth! Crazy right?

Let me see. We have a consumer economy and consumers aren't buying. Does Einstein really need to spell it out for you

As long as companies lay off, they need less space. With less people working and more people with bruised credit spending is down so retail space will remain empty. Trump is having a heck of a time with his tower in Chicago. Well that is not purely commercial, but a large chunk is. A lot of smart people bet wrong on this one.

I lived in FL the last 2 yrs and moved back to the Pittsburgh area. I saw homes and condos dive anywhere from 30% (in very desireable areas) to over 60% in average areas. And it is getting worse (in spite of what the news may say, the simple fact is you have at least a 100,000 empties. A huge glut.

real estate is doomed! Because of the agents like Laeeque Ahmad a real estate scamer, who is famous for selling at asking price, if not for all the other
scams.
