Hi, I can't comment on these org's because I don't have personal experience. However, common sense dictates there has to be some fee associated with this; which is the last thing you need right now.

If you need to pay down debt; start with the highest rate loan and pay it down with what you can realistically afford. Make that loan a priority because it's charging the highest finance % .
