Default Credit Cardholders Bill of Rights of 2009

Last year, the Credit Cardholders Bill of Rights passed in the House, but stalled in the Senate. The bill will curtail deceptive and unfair practices by credit card companies, including arbitrary rate increases, double-cycle billing, and over-limit fees for those who request a firm limit. Wow, this is amazing. I really hope this goes through - shady practices by these companies got me into a lot of trouble. If this passes hopefully people won't have to go through what I did even though I found a way out. Great share though! Lets all hope it passes.
