Default Debts from college

Has anyone found some good ways to work on getting rid of debt from college loans? These loans can be quite overwhelming when you first graduate and start working in your field.

What type of loan do you have? What is the interest rate? In America, there are various options for making student loans more managable.

The loans were through teri.org. The interest itself isn't really a big problem. It is just that I have more than one of these loans. And unlike a Stafford Loan they cannot be consolidated..

I am in a similar situation as fitnessk. So it looks like we could both use some advice.
