Default Delinquency Help

Im a little behind in my mortgage and I have been tryn to take a withdarwl from my 401k to pay for it. Now it seems the 401k company and the mortgage company cant get ont he same page. Is there an agency or advocacy group I can get in contact with to rectify this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Default Re: Delinquency Help

You don't need an outside group the handle it.

Are you trying to borrow money from your 401(k) or make a permanent withdrawl? Either way, once you are successful doing that.. you'll have a check with your name on it.

Then you have to deposit it in your bank.. (they MIGHT put a hold on it).

Then you call up the mortgage company and have them make a payment by check over the phone.. or you can mail them a cashiers check.

Trying to get the 401(k) company to send the check directly to the mortgage company isn't going to work... as you've probably experienced already.

Good Luck!
