This company, hmm. Where should I start.
If you are contacted by this company, prepare to sue them if: You didn't receive a 1st "dunning" letter. You checked to see if they are licensed to collect in your state and they are not. They tell you they are preparing to do *whatever* because you wrote a bad check for a payday loan. Their clients are preparing to take you to court because of inaction on a delinquent account. And any other variation of B.S. they may seem fit to dish up. And don't worry about the cost of an attorney. Many will represent you for FREE because they know companies like this are just money in the bank. They will settle out of court rather than having to actually GO to court in a state that they are not based out of. Although if you were wanting to make an example out of them, do not accept the out of court settlement. |
