Hi,

What is best way to call or go to the bank to negotiate lowering payments instead of doing foreclosure?

Have you tried simply calling them to see what they might agree to in principle anyway?

I thought my post went to archives.
Yes, I called them already and they sent me papers to fill out and I should send them statements and letter of explanation.

With ow many foreclosures these banks have on their books nowadays I woud think they would rather negotiate the term some than add more bad real estate to there books.

Good luck!
