What exactly is a hard money lender? I need a loan to get me through to January. I have a ton of work coming starting tomorrow. (October and November were very bad months). What do I need to do? I need 1,300 dollars and will be able to pay that back with whatever interest chosen. I need to cover bills and rent now. I will have much more than enough in January not only to pay the loan back but be covered for a couple of months of bills and all other expenses. The thing is is that my credit is not good but not bad either, which I think if you don't have any credit then you have bad credit. Is my thinking on that right? Anyhow, I am a single mom with no outside help. It's an emergency situation and I am an honest person. I am almost at my wits end here....I really just don't know what to do.
