Has anyone rented Paris apt from one of the below?

My husband and daughter and I will be in Texas (United States) in March. We are thinking of renting with one of the following companies

HUD Subsidized Apartments
Holiday Park Apartments

Neither company has any real reviews. After I read of some other people losing money on apt rentals in Paris-we are a bit concerned
If anyone has information that would be great

you should contact with real estate agent I hope that they will provide the all relevant information about these companies.

Look for the reviews about the sites on Gmaps . You should try them as there is no charge on trying . Risk is always there in a business .
