I'm disabled and receive SSD. Not much either. half of the money I receive goes to pay my land rent. I own my trailer but not the ground. Someone told me and she didn't remember much about it , but that I could get my rent lowered to 300.00 because I was disabled and on a fixed income, without having to move? anyone out there know what this is about and how it works?
