I wouldn't trust any bank where I didn't recognize the name. Also, this bank seems like they are trying to assimilate with Chase Bank. Too many banks are going under these days. I don't have a lot of information on banks but you can check out my website for more finance information.

the website is a godaddy hybrid and is registered in Venezuela, it is neither a bank nor a finance company, they seem to be headquartered in Guatemala and it looks like a scam, they offer very high returns on investment. The riskfactors are not properly shown, there is no real address on the website nor anything else, following complaint sites you find that the chase-nobank is owned by a Texan who got himself reborn in Guatemala as Marcos Alberto Cutino Gonzalez; personally I would not touch with it with a long stick
