Help on finding funds to finish a BG and loan

I am searching for someway to fund the escrow for a BG to be moved to be funded. We can do it with as little as 70k or able to skip a leg of the transaction with 710k . We are open to any reasonable fees, and would be totally transparent as the lender can talk to any of the involved parties, and we will give what ever is needed for due diligence . Got the what we thought the hard part done now just need a short term loan 30 days or less

I doubt you will find takers because almost 99% of these are a scam/fraud and lending you money for participating in it would require an amount of due diligence and legal fees just to be secure that the whole set up does not make much sense.
