Hi, i've been enrolled with bank of america's campus edge student account for 3 years. Last year I got hit with ~600$ worth of overdraft fees which brought me from the green to the red. I am a student (21) currently not working. I'm trying to figure out a good way to lower my interest paid on my bofa visa.

I have been looking into various options (attempting to open a new account with wells fargo with lower apr on a card, or opening an account and requesting a balance xfer (3% commis).
What would be a good way to lower my interest paid and stall for as long as possible until I can work in the summer? thanks
