Hi im confused with the paypal and banks

So back in june i made over $100 from doing money making websites like cashcrate because, I was bored and i put the money that i made in papal but the problem is i can't use the money in real life. The question is can i attach a bank account to my pay pal and still be able to use the money that i mae in the summer in real life?
