How many banks do you hold accounts at? I have one for personal, one for business and a couple for credit lines. What about you guys? Is it all one or are you more diversified?

I just have one with a credit union and a paypal account. I prefer to keep things simplified.

Do you not hold any credit cards or are they all with the credit union?

I am reducing my credit cards at the moment and none are with a bank.

Please forgive me, but I don't quite understand. Even department store credit cards are managed by banks.

I maintain 3 bank accounts. One is a checking account while the rest are savings accounts. I used one of my savings account for online banking especially for moving funds from one account to another and for online payment of bills.

I've got several bank accounts. One is for receiving my salary. I have 2 for my online banking transactions. The last is my regular savings account where I transfer a certain amount every time I receive my salary or when I got payments online.

I have 4 accounts, Checking, High Interest Savings, Emergency and Paypal

I just have 2 accounts, a checking account and a money market. Everything else goes to my brokerage accounts.
