Default I Recieved an inheritance. I cannot let Welfare&Creditors know of unearned income

Ok... I need some serious financial advise. I am presently on Welfare (Social Services). I live on little to no money a month I live on $50 a MONTH cash assistance plus food stamps, i also get rent subsity.
I am trying to find employment.

I have tons of hospital bills. I must try to find a program that will eliminate hospital bills before I gain employment because all the creditors will do is garnish my new paycheck and I will not be any farther ahead.

I JUST heard the news I am recieveing an inheritance. It is money.

On the Welfare, (public funds) you sign a clause in there that if you come across any unearned income you will pay welfare back the total amount you recieved. even through the past years you have recieved public funds.

I need this money to get ahead! If it all goes back to welfare I will remain in the same place or worse off financially.

I will have to sign a release form in my name and will be issued a check in my name. How can I release this money and put it in my parents name? I don't think you can do this! I cannot have a trace of this money in my name anywhere. Creditors and welfare will grab it and I will be left with nothing.

Does anyone know about getting inheritaces and how i can have no traces of it actually going to me? Please help.

it look like i'm not getting any responses and I can't edit my post here...

let me clarify one thing. I would get off welfare right away before I would recieve any benefits, as everything needs to be legal.

I must seek a lawyer.

If you DO know anything about wills and how they are processed, what happens with creditors, please fill me in, thank you.

it sounds to me like you want to game the system, which is prolly going to leave some laws broken somewhere. If you can find a lawyer that can help you out...go for it! But he may say it's illegal to do something that way.
