Idea for mutual business partnership

Hello my name is warrick. I'm 18 and am seeking to be a successful entrepreneur. My idea is that I want to get a group of people like 50+ that would be willing to work together to mutually benefit from a MLM/Direct Sales type company. If this sounds like a good idea just let me know or if you have any other finacial advice for a 18 old fresh out of highschool just let me know. Thanks.

Well multi level marketing, i have heard a lot about it but not many people, i believe, end up making money through it and products many a times are not reliable.
I think you should be sure of all these and as the above poster said do read the law.

My experience says these types of companies rarely make money except for a very few and probably hurt more people than they help.

I've met successful entrepreneurs in every type of business imaginable including MLM and Direct Sales... one thing the most successful have in common is that they diversify their business interests just like they do their investments... generating income from an MLM isn't a walk in the park but knowing how to do it correctly greatly increases your chances of success... entrepreneurs generally set their sights on generating passive income from multiple streams while slowly decreasing the number of hours spent working... if you haven't read "The 4-Hour Work Week" by Timothy Ferriss I highly recommend it... then research any company you think looks like it might be a worthwhile investment but LEARN how to do what you want to do before you begin...
