I went to India and China once. Based on my limited experience, I think in China, people do things while talk about it, but in India, people talk it first, once finished talk, then start do it. The problem is: once the talk is done, the situation has already been changed.

I could be wrong, just my 0.02.

Thankfully more and more people from India are discovering how the internet has opened the world of International Business to people in all walks of life. People across the globe in almost every country now have an opportunity to advance their personal financial positions without relocating to a more affluent region. This video explains not only why old conventional wisdom no longer applies but how ordinary people from all walks of life can emerge from the present economy because of their education in wealth management and creation.

been often in India and know a lot of people there, same in China, however love to hire the Indians before even considering the Chinese, more flexible people you will not find, good education, a willingness to go the extra mile and competitiveness, just one thing, they need a strong hand in a team, two indians have at least thriteen different opinions and they need a guiding hand, but they have strong people as well. The chinese however I found a good education and used to subordination but no new ideas coming forward and they appear to like to work with chinese only. We had a job open in Moscow, was for a cpa for tax problems in a partnership wih global exposure, we were looking for mainly a US candidate, however after one year of interviewing (3 years ago) we found that not many well rounded cpa's were willing to go (even with 300000$ p.a. plus benefits and 1 month paid holiday, a car and free appartement (3Bedroom.2bath, new construction) ), now we got a reference to an Indian guy and boy, never had a better more active and versatile cpa that filled a job before, we just love him!
