I'm considering going to an Interest Only Home Loan.
Does anyone have any experience with these.

Bad idea. Why would you buy a home and then never build any equity?

I've had very few experiences with these. The key to making them work for you is to make sure you fully understand how they will impact your financial statement. Meaning, how much equity can you build? Also, if you had to sell your house what would you get back for it? The answer to the first question will help to answer the second.
