Is there an SBA program for this?

It's an unsecured loan to increase marketing and customer awareness. It's also designed to hire extra staff and supplies to accommodate the new inflow of customers. Therefore, it is unsecured (remember, it's new supplies, not new equipment), and the total loan amount comes to about $1.13 million for 26 weeks.

Does the SBA provide a loan for that kind of expansion? If so, can I get a link?
