Default Is there any hope ?

Hi all, Hope maybe someone here can tell me how I can get a loan to start my business. I own my home. I am in need of $30000 dollars to start it. I have always paid cash for everything I have bought. Evan my home. My credit score is 609. Any suggestion will be deeply appreciated.

Home equity line of credit should be a real option for you or a $30,000 mortgage.

Yes there is! What kind of business? What is the loan for? Breakdown of every expense? Lending institutions will loan/lend money but not for "life style" expenses. Detail. Detail. Detail. You don't need a 100 page business plan but a 2-3 page summary will do nicely!

Construct a solid business model. By detailing your plan... it shows you have a full understanding of both short term and long term goals. This hold enormous weight when you are approaching serious, and reputable backing. Voobon Ventures help make our vision a reality, you might wish to examine an investment firm such as this.

A home equity line of credit is a good option and it sounds like you have more than enough equity. You might have some issues with your score of 609 and limited credit history because you pay for everything in cash. If you have a bank that you've been with for a while I would start with them. Most banks tend to be more lenient on lending guidelines for longtime customers in good standing (No overdraft or Non Sufficient Funds transactions).
