Default Layoff trouble

I feel overwhelmed with money issues and I haven't even left home yet. I don't spend an outrageous amount of money on unnecessary activities, just down on luck. I'm looking for some suggestions to get me on my feet-

I'm 19 and just got laid off from my only source of income. I thought it would be a good idea some time ago to get a credit card to help build credit, but the situation got out of control- I now own three credit cards, two of which are close to reaching their limit (One is only $500, the other is $2500). I pay what I can each month but I'm afraid I will have to rely on them until I can get an income flowing in. In addition I have an overdue ticket that is only overdue because I need to save money to pay monthly bills.
My parents are unable to help pay my bills, nor would I expect it from them. However due to family issues I plan to move out within 6 months. I also plan to attend a nursing program in the fall (but a student loan will have to cover that).

I usually don't throw my money issues out in public but I'm desperate for some help. Your suggestions are greatly appreciated.
