How exactly is this enforced? How can a user such as myself be deemed legally responsible for what I post? Obviously you could try and track my IP if it didn't output through some random proxies on the east coast. I just don't quite understand the full meaning, I do understand that it makes this website not liable, but does this mean this forum doesn't own the content that I write? Maybe I went off on a tangent, I'm just wanting to divulge into this legal section.

Well if you were to post absolutely false and defamatory information about someone they could enforce their legal rights against you.

The message board could also be held liable IF they allowed the content to remain after being made aware of its content and after being asked to have it deleted and remove and they refuse.

Simply by filing a lawsuit and naming "TheAdjustment" and the message board as defendants then by discovery or court order force the message board to reveal that GarySpicuzza is 24.26.17.153 in the Tampa Bay area. The Internet Service Provider knows EXACTLY who's 24.26.17.153.
