Default loans for multiple residences - long term?

Hi, We own about 20 houses and are looking for some way to take advantage of the rates and lock in for a 20-30 year note. All investment, great history, great credit.

The best we have been able to do is to lock in for 5 years at a 25 year AM. Is there a product out there that can lock us in for longer, even if it is a half a point higher?

Thanks!
