Default loans on new construction?
I am preparing to sign a contract to build in the next month for a house with a delivery time of 8-9 months from signing, what is my situation with a loan?

It's a kind of generic question with no details to really provide a qualified anwer.

Could you please advise what you are exactly asking?

ie:

types of loan available
interest rates and comparison
term of loan and charges
suitability for property

etc?
