Default Market Value of Debt

I have a question about how to find the Market Value of Debt for a Corporation from a Balance Sheet. If I was given this in a Balance Sheet, what would I use to calculate the Book Value of debt and where would I go from there to get the Market Value of debt?

Liabilities and Shareowners’ Equity

Current Liabilities

Short-term borrowings
$213.8
Current maturities of long-term debt
13.9
Accounts payable
461.5
Accrued expenses
508.0
Liabilities held for sale

Total Current Liabilities
1,197.2
Long-Term Debt
1,419.5
Deferred Taxes
119.5
Other Liabilities
455.0

Default Re: Market Value of Debt

depends on the debt and it is always on account in the total amount (due) not the marketprice, thats why if they buy their own debt at a discount the profit is a tax problem; there is short term, medium term and long term debt.
