Default Money for your business

I've run across an idea that will increase peoples borrowing limits with their prospective lenders. It can cost up to 30K to legally restructure your companies profile but you can wind up with a half-million worth of borrowing power, provided that you maintain a product or service that is legitimate.

What do you mean by plug?

I was looking for some money to invest in my own plan but I feel that borrowing from the bank is better than handing over 30% of my company ownership so I have been looking for ways to increase my line of credit limits

If i purchase an existing corporation, lets say its 30 years old, and I clean it completely, all I have to do is restructure it to match my company and open the lines under it instead of my own company.

If I finesse it a little, I can get the score up high enough to apply for loans without using my personal credit. The main benefit is the ability to state "est. 1977"

Borrowing money from banks is always better idea than spending your own. But, you have to figure it out how to do that. Your idea isn't bad.

Any corporation past about 5 years will show as well as one 30 years old, assuming it has good financials and respectable tract record.

I want to go back to college to train for a diploma in nursery nursing so I can get the highest qualification to work in childcare. It is a full time course - but I would be an adult student as I will be 28. do the government help with funding at all or grants as how will I pay the bills at the same time...the course takes up the whole week so no time for a part time job. Can I get funding help / student grants as an adult student?
