Just wanted to get some feedback from borkers in America to see how they are coping. There must be plenty of brokers struggling at the moment ? . Do you think we could have the same problems as you or have we stopped the rot early enough.

I think the answer to that question will surface in the next few months. The mortgage brokers which feel the biggest impact are the once which didn't see the problems or ignored them.

They focused on selling mortgages regardless of the outcome. Short-term revenue driven.

I think they deserve what they get right now.
