Have you tried asking your friends if they have used mortgage consolidation before? If they do, their feedback can help you decide which service would you want to use. You can also use the internet to find a suitable company.

I'm sure mortgage consolidation is an option - the trouble is, in the UK at least, if you own multiple properties there are different tax implications for both the home and investment properties, so this may complicate the allocation of tax deductible expenses if converged into a single repayment scheme.

Even still, I'm sure there will be people out there who can do this relatively hassle free - I hope.
