Question Need help

Hi everyone! Need help, I'm trying to resolve a debate. Whic is more liquid? Equities or Short Term Securities? May I have a short explanation?

The thing more liqiid means easily convertable to cash.
Thing that is easy to convert into cash is called liquid.
Like bonds, shares and marketable securities.

you can sell equities any time so they are more liquid but problem is you purchased your equity at $100 and it comes to $80 either you have to book loss or hold it until it reaches its own price

Not all equities are created equal. Some stocks are more liquid than others.
