Hi all.. long time investor.. rental property owner, and have had my share of debt and resolution... in the past... hope to help and be helped!!!
also have a website on debt repair.

You know.. when you come face to face with people in a heap of debt .. it is very scary...
i feel very fortunate to b in the financial situation i am in today..

but the bottom line is the "choices" we make
