Which part of South America...or the entire continent? I would think northern part is probably the best market now. IMO

I beliebe also that South America will be a good real estate market but the only problem is the language unfortunatly most of those country speaks only spanish.

you need to be careful with property. At this point and time if you really wanted to make a retrn on your investent your better off jumping into the stock market if your willing to learn the trade. You will make more money there than in property atm.

There is no hot market in the near future. You should be very cautious about putting cash into the real estate. Just wait a few months and see for signs of recovery. If there are sign of recovery then you can use the cheap prices in your favor and profit later.
