Default Personal service tax write-off

Could a millionaire who doesn't have a "business," per se, but makes most of his money from investments, who hires a full-time cook, housemaid, limo driver, pilot, mechanic, etc., to assist him in his day-to-day lifestyle, write those salaries off on his taxes?
