Default posting expenses on biz plan projections

re: finalizing plan for investors; 5-year projection

Have file attached-may have done it 2x.

There are questions about whether to include some of these expenses (blue, red) in year #2. Like to reduce startup money to appeal to more investors.

BLUE
The company is being re-started or as they say "re-staged"; There is a 7-yr history with, of course, current liabilities. And a broker fee will be due - paid by the investor at the time of funding.

RED
There are timing issues with sales commissions and inventory purchasing/delivery to stores. My partner and I disagree on when to post.
