Getting Credit Reports While Maintining Free Speech

I am wanting to get my credit report from Transunion and it would be the second time in 12 months. I am wondering how to do so without agreeing to their draconian terms of purchase. They want people to agree to not disparage the company, not post links to their website(s) if such is done in a negative context, etc, etc.

By law, they have to sell me a credit report and the price is $12 maximum. The law doesn't allow them to charge $12, plus my free speech rights, for me to get the report. How do I go about getting what I am entitled to under the law?

Also, by the way. I am not usually someone who would go out of my way to rant against Transunion, but I wish to reserve my rights while purchasing my credit report.
