Hi. I live in Russia, at south of siberia, here are Khakassia, Tuva and Buryatia states. I want to realize small business ideas. I have all the things to make a job done, but capital. The very good way for me is to build a sub-investment firm here and invest and manage these industries : entertainment, tibet medicine, music recording, tourism. It's about 600k$ required for all of this. I'm looking for a business angels.

Don't be so completely daft - no one's going to sign over $600k without a solid business plan and collateral to back it up.

If sounds like if you are serious that you should make a start to provide your worth - rather than jump into trying to do everything.

However, I think most people will think you're taking the piss, really.
