Basically I am going to need to give my 30 days on my apartment tomorrow or I can get locked into a very bad situation. I have been working on my score, I just paid something off (doesnt reflect soon enough) and I have some dumb marks that should be falling off, not to mention 1 dispute for something that has been paid but still shows. I would like to obtain a 1br apartment, my current score is 654, I have a high paying (relatively - upper 90s) job and no marks over the past 6 years, no public records, I spoke with a someone about a month ago, before I knew I would be moving. They told me that my credit will take a big swing up over the first 3-6 months next year.
With all that said, will i get accepted for an apartment application? I can get letters from the current builing/landlord where I've been living for 2.5 years.
