Default Refinancing more than 1 home

I own three homes and want to refinance two of them at the same time. If the credit checks being done by the pospective creditors are done during the same two-week period, will this act as one hit on my credit score? Will it even be perceptible that more than one house is being refinanced prior to the new mortgage holders showing up on my credit?

Greetings,

Great question. It would depend on the kind of lender you are doing business with. If you are dealing with a broker, then you may be in a situation where that broker may have "placed you the doorstep" of 10 different banks and those 10 banks may have all individually pulled your credit. If I can help you in any way, please don't hesitate to call me at
