Default Regarding a Retirement Plan

I was wondering which one is better for a retirement plan: fidelity or vanguard. I am a little new to all these terminologies so I would be really thankful if someone could help me out.

Default Re: Regarding a Retirement Plan

It depends on the retirement plan. Is this at the employer level or for you personally? If it is for you personally, it is just preference. The investment vehicles they both provide are limitless. If this is for a company starting a plan, a lot needs to be considered outside the scope of what I am willing to answer .
