Default Removal of County Court Judgement?

What can be done if a person has been charged for county court judgement against him? Can this be removed from the credit report of the debtor or is their any way to avoid been registered?

I would call the county court clerks office and ask this question. Many counties may have different procedures.

I agree...this can be removed by a procedure, it has been done to a family member of mine in a situation similar to yours.
