If you have to sell up and move then accept that fact. If you need a quick sale due to debt problems, speak to your mortgage lender. It may be able to find a cheaper deal.

I have heard from several people that renting can be effective and for that they need to look for better values that will assure them completely with what they are selling and renting.

I think you should continue renting it I mean if the money is good and covers the mortgage. Why not? and selling it yea you can get a large amount of money but if you think about it, you will probably get more for renting if you decide to keep it like that for a long time.

Yes, I am completely agree with you and it is very necessary to learn every single law that will be better in terms of finding good tenants. So that, if in future there will be any serious issues or conditions then one can handle it well.

Hi what would one call something when people investment money to you to buy real estate and manage it and just pay them their share of it? How does one start a business in this please help

I belong to real estate firm if your home sell on high price sale this house and invest an other place. If the house is not sell on reasonable price try to give it on rent it is better for you.

In my opinion, rent out you property and earn the money for long time and when the economic condition is good and is favourable for you the sell out your property
