Default Should We lock today?

we are 27 days from closing - We can lock a 5.375 rate with $1800 total fees out the door or 5.675 for $629 out the door. Should we lock today or wait a week or two? any suggestions?
It's come down 3/8ths in 5 days.....

What's the actual amount? If we can see the amount to be borrowed, it shouldn't be too hard which figure would be the more cost-effective in the short, mid and long term, depending on the mortgage length.

I think the interest rate is going to go lower. I would wait.
